I freelance mostly within TV as a Scenic Painter on shows such as Britain's Got Talent, The Masked Singer, The Voice, Michael McIntyre's Big Show and The X Factor.
I am responsible for paint finishes of props and set pieces on TV productions and work under the lead of the Art Director. My role also expands to SET DRESSING, SET CHANGES AND ASSISTING the Art Director.
I take on commissions from styling events for clients such as Mark Ronson and Sony Music to Halloween Events at exclusive West End Nightclubs and also I welcome commissions for Murals in private residences, shops and company buildings.
I work also with the INSTALLATION OF FINE ART WORKS, particularly for Artist Hugo Dalton with his infamous large scale line work Murals commissioned by high end labels. This includes as a Team Leader of up to 12 other Artists painting a Mural over 9 floors whilst being responsible for their health and safety on large scaffolding and harnessing.
Since graduating in Scenic Art at the Royal Central School Of Speech And Drama in 2016, I have worked from high end Fashion Shoots to Immersive Events to West End and Broadway Theatre Productions. I currently aim to further my career within the Art Departments for TV and Film as well as large Mural work (either my own design or for Fine Artists).
I hold a CSCS card, am working at height and harnessed trained, have a full clean UK driving licence and am PLI covered.
I regularly post on my Instagram @adamboonart for my latest work.
